Really great place and friendly staff. Elena is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Milana the other receptionist was also very helpful. The owner Mike is going above and beyond towards repairs and beautification for this place. He also treats guest needs as priorty. There's a laundry room on site and extra restrooms in the courtyard. It's not that far from the airport and plenty of places to eat or go shopping near by. I had a really pleasant and nice experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have to say that the Sheridan hostel including there staff have built an incredible resort community offering many options for their customers. I believe these guys truly put there heart and soul into creating a beautiful place for people to enjoy from all over the world. My personal experience falls nothing short of AWESOME! Being from Texas I love to BBQ. Lets just say they have great, clean grills that cook a steak to perfection. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are cleaned daily. The outside TV room is a big hit as well as its nice to enjoy your shows, etc while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. I know I would give this resort a 5 star reccomendation to anyone looking for communal or private rooms at reasonable rates with incredible grounds.

Highly recommended hostel outside of Miami. Affordably priced, conveniently located, equipped with everything you need for your stay. The owner has really turned the place around. Thanks again for having me. Can't wait to come back and refer friends here!

The best people work here. From the owner Mike to the front desk Irene,Mila, and Lina. Great people. Comfort in the rooms with privacy curtains. Grounds are always clean and you can cook your own meals on their bbq's. Great place.

Place is wonderful and has everything you need. It is within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and other places that meet daily needs. The staff are very friendly and the patios are gorgeous. There are grillings stations and a great outdoor television area. Definitely recommend to travelers and anyone who is stopping in Ft. Lauderdale for the weekend.

Beautiful green area, but not huge, but quite suitable for relaxing and spending time. Quiet - which is important, the rooms are air-conditioned. The managers are wonderful guys, we liked everything, the combination of price-quality-location is super!!

Had a great experience staying at Sheridan. Very clean and well maintenance. The beds are very comfy, the mattresses are on point. You can clearly see its brand new. Highly recommend this place to other guests.

The owner was working the night shift, everything as promised. A shared environment, so depending on the roommates and room, your experience varies. I had a great room with good mates, so I had an excellent stay. Will return. Update: Second visit, same good experience, a great bed in a cool room, all issues corrected by staff
